Refund Policy
30-Day Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible, items must be:
- In original condition and packaging
- Unused, or used only enough to determine fit for purpose
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email contact@prepwell.store with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an address.
Please don't send items back before contacting us — returns received without prior authorization may not be processed.
Return Shipping
- If the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong thing: we cover return shipping.
- If you changed your mind: return shipping is your responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable service. We can't issue refunds for returns that don't arrive.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or doesn't work, email contact@prepwell.store within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice, and you won't need to return the item in most cases.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item or color is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship — typically within 1-3 business days of ordering. Email contact@prepwell.store as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard return process above.
