By accessing or purchasing from Prepwell, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Products and Pricing
We do our best to display products accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly from images due to screen differences and supplier variation.
Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price with a full refund.
We may limit quantities or refuse any order at our discretion.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Your order is confirmed when we send a shipping confirmation.
If we cancel your order, we'll refund you in full.
Product Use
Our products are kitchen tools intended for household use. Use them as directed. We're not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, modification, or use outside their intended purpose.
Intellectual Property
Site content — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Prepwell or our suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.
User Conduct
Don't use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape content for commercial use.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers for payment processing, fulfillment, and analytics. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their portion of the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prepwell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

When you order: name, email, shipping address, phone number, and payment information. Payment details go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store full card numbers.
Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referral source, via cookies and similar technologies.
When you contact us: whatever you include in your message.
How We Use It
- Process and fulfill orders
- Send order confirmations and shipping updates

- Improve the site and understand how it's used
